Wine Lunches

Join us for an exciting wine lunch with Chef Nico Romo and guest chef William Dissen. Chef Dissen was named "The Most Sustainable Chef on the Planet," is a James Beard award nominee, is the owner of Asheville's The Market Place, and author of "Thoughtful Cooking, Recipes Rooted in the New South". Guests will enjoy a 4-course lunch with beverage pairings comprised of dishes from Chef Dissen's cookbook.

When booking special events where reservations are required, they must be booked under experiences. Standard reservations do not apply for Fondue, Mercy of the Chef, or Wine Lunches.

This is not your typical fondue, mes amis! Guests will enjoy a cheese fondue first course served with three toasts: one toast with thinly sliced beef, one with thinly sliced scallop, and one with potato hash brown with broccolini. The second course will be a rich chocolate fondue with assorted desserts for $45 per person. Enjoy a beautifully paired white wine and champagne for half price on the glass or the bottle! Experience reservation required.
